Service Overview
The Lead Consultant carries full responsibility for managing the design process and coordinating all disciplines — architecture, structure, MEP, interiors, landscape and safety — to deliver an integrated, clash-free design. At Alsaif we provide this leadership through a multidisciplinary team that runs the project across every stage: concept design, detailed design, tender documentation, and supervision through to handover.
